About You:

Education & Experience
Minimum Diploma in Operations Management or related field. SPM/STPM holders with relevant experience may also be considered. Preferably 1–3 years in business support, operations, admin, or customer-facing roles.

Technical Skills
Strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of handling reports, data entry, and coordination tasks accurately within set timelines.

Able to multitask, work with minimal supervision, stay detail-oriented, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations through documentation, data processing, reporting, enquiries handling, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, PDPA, and service-level requirements, including liaising with internal and external parties
