Role

The Day-To-Day Activities
To manage and govern site tenancy renewal inclusive;

• Coordinate preparation and execution of tenancy agreements and renewals.
• Maintain updated records of tenancy documents and information.
• Monitor tenancy commencement, expiry, and termination dates.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing renewal tenancy terms.
• Be as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and complaints.
• Foster good landlord-tenant relationships through prompt support and resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Site Management database.
• To support any special assignment related to Site Management matter if related.

About You

• Minimum Diploma in Real Estate Management / Property Management / Business Management or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Telecommunication industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently with less supervision.
• Adequate soft and hard skillset of the related post.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent in written & verbal communication skills.
• To support 5G Deployment, to explore for Permitting work.
