The Day-To-Day Activities
- Personalization Insights & Performance Analysis
- Analyse customer behaviour, model outputs, and personalized journeys to uncover insights that improve targeting accuracy, offer relevance, and customer engagement.
- Monitor personalization KPIs such as response rate, conversion, uplift, and customer movement across segments.
- Identify performance issues, anomalies, or opportunities for optimisation and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Personalization Tracking & Collaboration with Data Teams
- Manage end-to-end tracking for personalization initiatives across all segments and channels (not limited to Prepaid/Postpaid).
- Work closely with Data Science teams to refine model requirements, validate outputs, and support UAT for new/updated models (e.g., NBO, Price Elasticity model, Persona models etc).
- Translate modeling insights into business-friendly explanations for Marketing, Product, CRM, and Management.
- Business Insights & Ad-Hoc Analytical Support
- Provide data-driven insights across Prepaid and Postpaid that support the wider business strategy
- Assist with ad-hoc deep dives, dashboards, and analytical tasks that require customer-level or segment-level understanding.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of personalization measurement frameworks, tracking processes, and dashboards.
