Job Summary
The candidate will oversee credit services and digital services initiatives, driving expansion of the Credit Services and Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) services to premium partners. This entails leveraging U Mobile as a preferred payment channel and boosting revenue from credit services such as International Airtime/Data Transfer, Credit Share and CreditSOS.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of VAS Credit Services, including product development and marketing, go-to-market strategies, campaign execution and lifecycle management.
- Outline, conceptualize and refine products features, bundles and promotional offers aimed at enriching the Credit Services offering for U Mobile customers.
- Lead initiatives aimed at increasing revenue streams and active users from Credit Services & DCB
- Spearhead partnership strategy to find new opportunities to grow & promote usage of Credit Services & DCB, while continuously fortify and expand relationship with local & international partners.
- Conduct post-launch/campaign performance review by providing insights and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies and partners’ services, and identify opportunities to be incorporated in product roadmap or collaborate with partners
