Role
The job purpose of a Snr Mgr is to manage a sales team, formulate sales strategies to win more subscribers for UM. He/she is responsible to strategies, achieve sales target, revenue and ARPU of Enterprise business. He/She will sell the entire range of UM products & services to enterprise customers and work with solution partners in key vertical markets (e.g finance, fleet management, SME/SMI integrators, M2M, location Base Services etc) to attain more subscribers.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Generate corporate lines sign up and revenue through roadshow, programs and direct selling
- Proactively establish strategic partnership with key customers, working in a mutual win win environment, whereby the key objective is to bring more corporate signups for UM
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and execute continuous activities with key customers/partners in SME/SMI segment
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources from internal depts., in order to meet UM and customer expectation and experience
- Manage. Lead and provide guidance to a team of Direct Sales Account Managers
- Sells through partner organizations to end users, in coordinating with partner sales resources & reach.
