Lead distributor and dealer management, drive sales and trade marketing initiatives, and expand market presence. Coach and develop the sales team, monitor market performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business growth.
The Day-To-Day Activities
Dealer Management:- Work closely with distributors to manage dealer portfolios by providing system support, including dealer creation, modification, termination, and network-related matters.
Ensure proper training and knowledge on:-- System : Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge
- Product : Full range of products
- How to Sell : Accurate and correct information given
- Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty
- POSM : Latest & up to date POSM
Sales Strategy & Growth:- Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies and promotional campaigns to expand U Mobile touchpoints, strengthen the dealer pyramid, and drive Prepaid and Postpaid sales growth.
Trade Marketing support:- Coordinate trade marketing initiatives, including events, POSM, signage, and dealer incentive programmes to improve sales performance and engagement.
Market Intelligence:- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and dealer performance to identify business opportunities and optimize sales strategies
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:- Lead and coach the Product Specialist/Sales Team to achieve territory sales targets.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution and operational support.
