About You
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or IT industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (e.g., mobile, VoIP, and fibre) is an advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage.
- Core Competencies: Customer-focused, results-driven, adaptable, empathetic, and trustworthy, with strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
