Job summary
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales Mid Market Northern spearheading U Mobile Mid Market Sales Team & hunting new Enterprise Mid Market clients in Malaysia selling our product including mobile line,DIA and solutions around 5G mobility capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep industry knowledge, and can lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and drive the enterprise mid market sales.
The Day-To-Day Activities
• Lead and manage a team of key account managers to achieve monthly and quarterly Booking and Revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the team’s vertical (e.g., Logistic, Manufacturing, Hospitality, etc).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, report performance to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with customer needs.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
