The Day-To-Day Activities
Data Support:
• Prepare, transform, and maintain datasets to support reporting and analysis requirements across business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing accurate and timely data for reporting and analysis purposes
• Explore new data sources and design dataset to ensure data is structured, accurate, and ready for consumption by analysts and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards focused on making data accessible, timely, and user-friendly for business users
• Fulfil ad-hoc data requests by extracting, cleaning, and joining data from various sources to support insightful analysis
Data-Driven Enablement:
• Use data modelling to structure customer and transaction datasets, enabling personalized promotions and customer journey analysis by the business team
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Teams to ensure data pipelines, models, and reports meet analytical and decision-making needs
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with business definitions to facilitate reliable and scalable use across the organization
