The Day to Day Activities

HR Operations
• Responsible for daily HR operational activities, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRIS systems.
• Support HR process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Administer on staff verification from external parties not limit to bank, employment verification and others.
• Manage the distribution and administration of employee discount cards. improvements and operational efficiencies.

Web / AI Chatbot
• Responsible to ensure the information shared in any platform is up to date
• Remove expired information and coordinate with the relevant stakeholder on the new information

Others
• Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the HR function and organizational objectives.

About You
1. Education/ What people Know:
• Degree in any related fields

2. Experience/ What people Have Done:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience of HR operations.
• Proficiency in HRIS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.


3. Competencies/ What people Can Do:
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and integrity in all data and processes.
• Ethical Judgment: High level of integrity and ethical standards in managing confidential and sensitive information.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and other departments. Supports and contributes to a team-oriented culture.
