We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
If you are passionate about acquiring, managing and servicing high service revenue accounts with the objective of revenue growth and account retention, then this could very well be the role for you.
The Day-To-Day Activities
• A Hunter who is resourceful with an all-out sales approach and highly determined to acquire new accounts - at least 5 years of effective elevator pitches and winning the confidence of clients to embark on long-term relationships with the company;
• Creative, quick to grasp concepts and able to tailor IT business solutions to meet clients’ needs that will not only solve problems but also add value to their day-to-day business operations/long-term business output;
• Service-minded, empathetic, responsive and a problem solver - as clients look to you as their main point of contact / dedicated business partner, they expect nothing but the best from you especially in servicing problems, initiating and completing tasks quickly and accurately;
• Proactive in reaching out to the right stakeholders across all levels and functions at U Mobile and clients’ organisations;
• Fantastic at convincing and negotiating contracts and agreements so that they are mutually benefiting for clients and U Mobile;
• Flexible with timing and ready to travel to meet and service clients nationwide;
• Self-initiated, a team player and sensitive to external changes in the market.
