Role
• The Senior Manager, Partner Engagement will serve as the key relationship manager for EIP’s partners and innovators including government agencies, technology companies, industry, academia, startups, and SMEs.
• The incumbent will manage partner onboarding, drive engagement cadence, and ensure strategic alignment between partner capabilities and EIP’s priorities.
• This role ensures that signed collaborations translate into tangible programs, pilots, and solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Support the Ecosystem team in research, planning, development, reporting, as well as partnership strategy and identification.
The Day-To-Day Activities
Partner Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary liaison for anchor partners and other industry collaborators.
• Maintain different sets of partner portfolio (Anchor, Technology, Enablement Partners) with annual engagement plans.
• Create standardized Partner Onboarding Pack and enablement sessions.
• Drive structured engagement cadence (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) while managing partner relationships to ensure timely execution of joint initiatives, projects, and pilots.
• Design and implement a Partner Experience Survey with a feedback loop to track satisfaction, progress, and deliverables.
Collaboration Scope Management:
• Maintain a Collaboration Scope Register for each partner, detailing agreed responsibilities and deliverables traceable to signed agreements.
• Ensure alignment and execution of collaboration activities with each partner.
• Maintain an Action Tracker and ensure all partnership action items are closed on time.
Program Activation and Delivery:
• Manage collaboration with ecosystem partners, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to co-create innovation acceleration programs and events.
• Manage end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of programs and events, including flagship initiatives, workshops, hackathons, pilot programs, and other innovation activities
• Drive innovators’ funneling by maintaining a structured program funnel and intakes with stage gates, incorporating proactive outreach, targeted promotions, intake announcements, campaigns, events, and direct engagements.
• Manage the onboarding process for innovators, ensuring a smooth experience with clear guidelines and access to necessary resources.
• Integrate the grant application, approval, and disbursement process with enablement partners to support innovators.
• Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with Solution Orchestration and Testbed teams, anchor partners, technology partners, and enablement partners to ensure successful execution of pilots.
• Organize showcase events to highlight successful pilots and amplify visibility with enablement partners.
• Define scale-up / commercialization pathways, curate capability development programs, and facilitate partner handover.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Own and manage program budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain a Partnership Health Dashboard to track engagement cadence, satisfaction, program funnel progress, and measurable impact, and conduct regular partner reviews to identify improvement areas.
• Ensure consistent and accurate reporting of EIP’s sustainability and innovation impact, tracking measurable values.
• Create briefs, reports, and case studies to build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Ensure continuous improvement on processes based on feedback captured.
