Role
Oversees daily Field Operation activities, manages technical teams and subcontractors, ensures network reliability and project delivery, and maintains compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate all field operations activities in East Malaysia (Sarawak and Sabah)

Ensure timely execution within SLA of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of telco infrastructure (RAN, transmission, data networks, etc.).

Manage and supervise outsourced vendors to meet SLA and contractual requirements

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure network stability and reduce downtime.

Manage third-party contractors and service providers to maintain quality, performance, and SLA compliance.

Oversee the acceptance and handover of new site rollout, network expansion, upgrades, site integrations, and infrastructure deployment.

Lead the Interdepartmental Cooperation & Collaboration (Engineering, Projects, Finance, etc.)

Manage operational budgets, optimize field expenses, and ensure cost-efficient operations.

Implement site improvements for security, safety, and maintenance

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, SOPs, and Malaysian regulatory requirements

Maintain good relationship with local council, regulators and authorities.

Maintain accurate field documentation, logs, reports, and audit records.

Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to field staff.
