Role
This role involves leading and supervising managed service vendors and outsourced teams to ensure high network availability through proactive maintenance, timely fault resolution within SLA targets, and effective stakeholder liaison, while simultaneously supporting operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
The Day-To-Day Activities
• Supervise and monitor all field activities performed by Managed Service vendors.
• Ensure timely service restoration and fault resolution within SLA targets.
• Lead and manage outsourced field teams to meet contractual requirements
• Execute preventive and corrective site maintenance efficiently.
• Achieve trouble ticket clearance within SLA to maintain network availability and quality.
• Implement site improvements for security, safety, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate site databases, reports, and documentation.
• Act as liaison with building management, landlords, and government authorities on operational matters.
• Support interdepartmental initiatives, new business ventures, and special projects.
• Provide input and support for OPEX cost-saving initiatives.
• Handle 5G and 4G IBC fault resolution with strong troubleshooting skills.
