Role
Oversee and lead managed service vendors and outsourced field teams to ensure peak network performance through efficient maintenance, strict SLA-compliant fault resolution, and proactive stakeholder management.
The Day-To-Day Activities
• Supervise and monitor all field activities performed by Managed Service vendors.
• Ensure timely service restoration and fault resolution within SLA targets.
• Lead and manage outsourced field teams to meet contractual requirements
• Execute preventive and corrective site maintenance efficiently.
• Achieve trouble ticket clearance within SLA to maintain network availability and quality.
• Implement site improvements for security, safety, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate site databases, reports, and documentation.
• Act as liaison with building management, landlords, and government authorities on operational matters.
• Support interdepartmental initiatives, new business ventures, and special projects.
• Provide input and support for OPEX cost-saving initiatives.
• Handle 5G and 4G IBC fault resolution with strong troubleshooting skills.
