Role
Manage the end-to-end regional deployment of 5G network infrastructure by leading cross-functional teams and vendors through all phases of planning, site acquisition, and technical installation to ensure nationwide targets are met within budget and on schedule.
The Day-To-Day Activities
• Responsible for coordinating end-to-end deployment of 5G network infrastructure for the designated region.
• Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Nationwide 5G Trunk and 5G Access sites within the designated region, including meeting timelines, budget, required capacity and quality standards. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing vendors and external partners, and driving end-to-end rollout of 5G network infrastructure.
• To perform planning and scheduling of 5G Trunk and access site deployments, including acquisition, CME work and RAN equipment installation & commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies with vendor and sync with the rollout team for 5G sites readiness
