Job Responsibilities

• Strong experience working with Java SE throughout the design, development, and release phases of software development.
• Experience in DevOps Pipelines
• Familiar with Maven and Version Control System preferably Git.
• Working experience with a relational database (like MySQL or Oracle or similar).
• Experience in test automation.
• Experience with any cloud providers (eg: AWS or GCP).
• Familiar with containerization technologies
• Experience in creating solutions that are easy to manage and operate i.e. takes things like deployment, instrumentation, and logging into consideration upfront.
• A mindset for creating solutions that are as simple as possible (but not simpler than what is required).

Job Requirements

• Act as an active member for developing, integrating, monitoring, and maintaining automation tests & ensuring high quality in feature delivery.
• Developing, improving & maintaining CI & CD pipelines to ensure solutions can be delivered frequently, consistently, and reliably to staging and production environments.
• Develop high-quality assurance automation code for features, bug fixes, and hotfixes.
• Actively contribute to the team’s test automation strategy and coverage based on software quality assurance best practices.
• Actively contribute to replacing manual testing with test automation based on test principles.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Umobile components to bridge the gap between business and technical aspects.
• Actively demonstrate software quality assurance best practices throughout product development and maintenance.
• Play an active role in clarifying user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdown that can deliver business value within one iteration.
• Maintain close collaboration and effective communication with the Development team, Product Owner, team members, and other stakeholders.
