Role
The intern will support the MyUMobile App team across day-to-day operations, campaign initiatives, and digital projects, gaining practical experience in how U Mobile leverages its app to drive engagement, digital customer journeys, and business growth.
The Day-To-Day Activities
• Assist in managing and maintaining the MyUMobile App as a super-user, supporting marketing strategies to enhance app features, digital customer journeys, and user engagement.
• Support business and product teams by gathering requirements, providing input on app improvements, and assisting with troubleshooting, setup, and feature deployment.
• Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, IT, product, and vendors to ensure timely and smooth execution.
