1. To recruit and grow Enterprise Business partner through acquisition and penetration in the assigned regional market
2. To ensure daily sales activity is carry out as per planned and committed by Enterprise Business partner.
3. As sales trainer and to build SME Business partners' skillset on company's product, selling approach, sales funnel and sales staff management
4. To provide guidance and to provide solution to all UM Enterprise Business related subject covering sales, GTM, sales staff management & etc.
5. To ensure sales target is hit and code of business conduct is followed strictly by Enterprise Business partner
6. To collect market intelligence & Telco industry trend; input to management accordingly
