Job Summary
Toincrease corporate subscribers base by extending the company's products and services to existing and potential Customers.

Job Responsibilities

1. To recruit new Enterprise Business partner
2. To ensure Enterprise Business partner adheres to the overall business direction and sales conduct
3. To ensure Enterprise Business partner achieves the sales target
4. Sales SOP and product knowledge is communicated clearly to Enterprise Business partners
5. Regular training and face-to-face meet up with Enterprise Business partners according to needs and/or as per Management’s expectation
6. To plan and assist in coordination of sales activities as per the Company's business direction
7. To ensure Enterprise Business partners commit to the business resource requirements and action plans

Job Requirements
1. To recruit and grow Enterprise Business partner through acquisition and penetration in the assigned regional market
2. To ensure daily sales activity is carry out as per planned and committed by Enterprise Business partner.
3. As sales trainer and to build SME Business partners' skillset on company's product, selling approach, sales funnel and sales staff management
4. To provide guidance and to provide solution to all UM Enterprise Business related subject covering sales, GTM, sales staff management & etc.
5. To ensure sales target is hit and code of business conduct is followed strictly by Enterprise Business partner
6. To collect market intelligence & Telco industry trend; input to management accordingly
