The Day-To-Day Activities
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Support always-on, tactical, and burst campaigns (e.g. acquisitions, upsell, devices, app, 5G, enterprise).
- Translate business objectives into clear performance strategies (KPIs, audiences, formats, budget phasing).
- Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Monitor daily campaign performance (CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, reach & frequency).
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and proactively recommend optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, formats, audiences, bidding strategies, and objectives.
- Analyze post-campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports with clear insights for internal stakeholders.
- Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Product, In-base, E-commerce, App) and external agencies.
- Platform & Capability Development
- Stay up to date with platform betas, new ad products, and best practices (e.g. AI-driven optimization, automation, new formats).
- Support testing of new tools and platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure campaign governance, tracking accuracy, and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines.
- Collaboration & Process Excellence
- Act as a key point of contact for agency partners on performance execution and optimization.
- Contribute to improving workflows, timelines, and ways of working across teams.
