Duties & Responsibilities
- Overall to provide end to end RAN support in aspects of fault, upgrade and database maintenance to ensure high network availability to provide good service quality for U Mobile customer.
- To provide RAN 2nd level related faults on RAN nodes/Routers/switches.

Provide support for Field Forced in handling 1st level faults.

Perform Worst cell list analysis.

Perform alarm analysis, nodes audit to ensure service availability is achieve.

Perform SRU, integration, upgrades on RAN nodes.

Perform VOC troubleshooting and analysis.

To manage/update/reports on RAN related projects.
