Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • The Section Head of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) leads the strategy, development, and performance of the Enterprise FWA portfolio. The role drives commercial growth, shapes product direction, and ensures high service quality. This position manages the FWA Section team and collaborates closely with all related Division to strengthen product competitiveness and support enterprise business expansion. This role combines product development, management and end to end value chain leadership to drive market adoption and revenue growth in the FWA space. This role will be reporting to the Head of Department, Enterprise Product.
  • The Section Head, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) serves with full accountability for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational effectiveness of the Enterprise FWA portfolio, which is a significant revenue contributor and growth driver for the Enterprise Division. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, product competitiveness, and long-term sustainability of FWA offerings within the Enterprise Product Department in the Enterprise Division.
  • The role provides end-to-end leadership of the FWA value chain, encompassing product strategy, portfolio governance, financial performance, and cross-divisional coordination. Working under the direction of the Head of Department, Enterprise Product, the Section Head plays a critical role in translating enterprise strategy into executable product initiatives, while ensuring strong alignment with Network, Technology, Sales, and Operations.
  • This position manages the FWA Section and acts as the key escalation and decision authority within the section, contributing to enterprise growth priorities without diluting the overall departmental governance.

About You

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Experience

  • 12–15 years in telecommunications, with strong exposure to FWA or wireless broadband.
  • At least 5 years in enterprise product management, commercial strategy, or portfolio leadership.
  • Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional product initiatives.

Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial analysis skills.
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Experienced in end-to-end product lifecycle management with proven business impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
