The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key resellers and partners to support sustainable business growth
  • Drive sales growth within assigned reseller and partner accounts by identifying new business opportunities and expanding revenue streams
  • Monitor account performance and track key KPIs, ensuring sales and revenue targets are achieved or exceeded
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with resellers and partners, actively driving opportunities to closure
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned resellers and partners, ensuring timely response and effective support for partner needs
  • Develop and execute partner-led sales and marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, incentives and bundled offers to drive channel growth and revenue
  • Drive channel effectiveness by planning and executing joint sales and marketing campaigns with resellers and partners to generate demand and increase product adoption
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and operational support for partners
  • Conduct regular business reviews with resellers and partners to assess performance, strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction, proactively resolving operational issues and managing escalations where required
  • Monitor partner account balances and coordinate with resellers on overdue payments, working closely with the finance team to support the dunning and collections process

About You

  • Education/ What people Know:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
    • 6–10 years’ experience in account management, channel sales, partner management, or related commercial roles
    • Proven track record in managing partner and reseller accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving or exceeding targets
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partner relationships and influence key stakeholders
    • Strong experience in negotiation, commercial discussions and partnership agreements
    • Experience managing multiple partner accounts and pipelines simultaneously while meeting revenue objectives
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance and take corrective actions
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven and partner-focused mindset
    • Experience in telecommunications, broadband, or technology-related industries is preferred
