Job Summary

To lead and manage Sales Executive and work closely with distributors in handling dealers’ portfolios in assigned areas & territories, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Lead and manage Sales Executive and sales distribution in the assigned area.
  • To conduct daily visits and provide support to phone shop dealers within the assigned areas.
  • To execute and monitor effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plan to support expansion of U Mobile product & services in assigned areas & territories
  • To build and drive the growth of U Mobile dealers in respective areas / territories
  • To achieve prepaid & postpaid active dealers target and proactively recruit potential dealers
  • To achieve assigned pyramid level dealers target. To collect market / competitor intelligence
  • To work closely with distributor, plan & guide distributor to achieve KPIs assigned

About You

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field
  • Aggressive and target driven
  • At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG related environment with minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management
  • Sales driven with good track record
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license
  • Willing to travel daily
