The Day-To-Day Activities
• 4G + 5G new site planning and RF optimization.
• Managing timely response and resolution to MSQoS to avoid potential complications.
• Attending regular MCMC Regional Meeting and providing updates and resolutions for action items related to U Mobile.
• VIP and customer complaint resolution.

About You
1. Education:
• Possess a degree in Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

2. Experience:
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in RF Planning and Optimization.

3. Competencies:
• Good in resolving network quality issues with network optimization and troubleshooting experience.
• Good in 5G and 4G RAN architecture and Solution.
• Good in Radio Network Parameter for 4G + 5G pre/post optimization.
• Good in radio network troubleshooting and problem identification.
• Good in liaising with vendors for issue escalation.
• Good in cross department teamwork for RAN issue handling.
• Capability to develop new strategies and processes that enhance efficiency.
