Role
The Senior Executive, Regulatory will be responsible for managing Universal Service Provision (USP) claims, tracking payments, supporting Apparatus Assignment (AA) submissions, and overseeing regulatory data uploads. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently.

The Day-To-Day Activities
1. USP Claims Management

Prepare, review, and submit USP claims in accordance with regulatory requirements
Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for claims submission
Liaise with internal teams and regulators on claim-related matters
Track claim status and resolve discrepancies or queries

2. Payment Tracking & Reconciliation

Maintain and update trackers for USP-related payments
Monitor payment timelines and follow up on outstanding payments
Perform reconciliation between submitted claims and received payments
Generate periodic reports on payment status and variances

3. Access Arrangement (AA) Submission

Support preparation and submission of AA documentation to the regulator
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required inputs

4. Data Management & Upload

Manage and upload regulatory data into relevant systems/portals
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Maintain structured databases for tracking and reporting purposes

5. Reporting & Analysis

Develop dashboards and reports for internal tracking and management updates
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and issues
Provide insights to improve tracking efficiency and regulatory compliance

About You

* Minimum Degree/Diploma in IT / Business / Finance/Law or related field in Telecommunications
* Experience 1 to 2 years working experience with a similar type of work is an advantage
* Must able to start work immediately
* Good Command of written and spoken English
