About You
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record in hiring for mid to senior roles.
• Experience in hiring for enterprise, corporate, and commercial functions is highly desirable.
• Strong in stakeholder management and capable of influencing hiring decisions.
• Proficient in Excel, recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the brand externally.
• Analytical, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
