Job Summary
To support our IT operations.
The role encompasses responsibilities in Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory management, AI adoption, automation scripting operations. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining and enhancing IT services while developing technical expertise through structured training and mentorship. This position offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in IT operations, automation, and cloud management within a collaborative environment.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• SharePoint Operations – Support day-to-day management of Microsoft SharePoint, including site configuration, content updates, user access, and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory Operations - Support day-to-day management of Microsoft Active Directory domain management.
• AI Adoption – Assist in evaluating and implementing AI tools, supporting proof-of-concept initiatives, and documenting use cases to drive productivity improvements.
• Automation Enhancement – Develop and maintain basic scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate IT processes and reduce manual effort.
• Documentation & Support – Maintain accurate technical documentation and provide support to users and team members.
• Continuous Learning – Proactively build skills in collaboration platforms, cloud technologies, and automation to contribute to team and organizational goals.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft technologies (e.g.,SharePoint, Office 365, Teams).
• Awareness of scripting/programming languages (e.g.,PowerShell, Python, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Interest in AI tools, machine learning concepts, and automation.
• Completed academic projects related to IT, cloud, or automation.
• Exposure to collaboration platforms such as Microsoft365 and cloud solutions.
• Participated in coding, automation, or AI-related coursework, hackathons, or research projects.
• Experience using cloud services during studies or internships is an added advantage.
• Manage and support SharePoint operations (content, permissions, troubleshooting).
• Assist in adoption of AI tools and contribute to proof-of concepts.
• Develop and enhance automation scripts to streamline IT processes.
• Support cloud FinOps operations: monitoring, reporting and cost optimization.
• Learn and apply new technologies quickly in a dynamic IT environment.
• Document processes, workflows, and improvements for knowledge sharing.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a team oriented environment.
