The Day-To-Day Activities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts, including analyzing test failures and implementing timely resolutions.
• Evaluate existing manual test cases to identify automation opportunities and create automation scripts to continuously improve regression coverage, test efficiency, and overall quality.
• Plan, design, and execute manual testing activities by refining test plans, analyzing requirements, preparing test environments, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate test readiness and coverage for CRs and projects testing.
• Align individual work priorities with business and U Mobile objectives to support overall organizational goals.
• Demonstrate continuous self-development by actively seeking growth opportunities, including proactively exploring and adopting AI-driven testing tools and intelligent automation techniques to enhance testing efficiency, automation coverage, and execution effectiveness.

About You
1. Education / Technical Knowledge

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in Windows or Unix/Linux and SQL
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java or Python)

2. Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ in test planning and management experience in telecommunication industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in functional testing and business end-to-end testing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in coordinating and managing UAT
• Familiarity with SDLC/STLC and Agile practices is an advantage

3. Core Responsibilities / Competencies

• Support end-to-end testing activities including test preparation, execution, and defect reporting
• Assist in requirements review and test case preparation
• Execute manual and automation tests and document results accurately
• Support UAT coordination and test environment preparation
• As the key PIC from TQA team to communicate the updated test process and test automation progress to all stakeholders.
• Create automation script, execution & ensure coverage optimization. Improve automation regression coverage and testing efficiency. Reduce manual regression effort and improve defects detection effectiveness
• Continuous improvement & innovation. Explore and introduce new tools, techniques, and AI-assisted testing where appropriate.
