Role

Responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across stores, including planograms, product displays, and promotional setups. Ensures timely rollout of campaigns, accurate in-store communication, and proper management of digital content on screens. Conducts regular store audits to monitor compliance and implements corrective actions where needed. Manages POSM inventory and assets efficiently while coordinating closely with marketing, operations, and retail teams. Tracks performance through reports and KPIs, providing insights to improve overall execution and store compliance.

The Day-To-Day Activities

1. Visual Merchandising Execution
  • Implement and maintain planograms across all assigned outlets
  • Ensure product displays follow brand guidelines and campaign requirements
  • Conduct regular store visits/audits to ensure VM compliance

2. Campaign & Promotion Setup
  • Coordinate and execute all promotional setups (POSM, digital screens, bundles)
  • Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across branches
  • Verify accuracy of promotional materials and pricing displays
3. Digital Content Management
  • Upload and manage content on in-store digital screens
  • Ensure content is updated according to campaign timelines
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to digital display systems
4. Store Audit & Compliance
  • Conduct VM audits and submit reports with photo evidence
  • Track compliance scores and follow up on corrective actions
  • Ensure stores meet merchandising and branding standards

5. Inventory & Asset Management
  • Manage POSM stock allocation and distribution
  • Track usage and replenishment of merchandising materials
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of VM assets

6. Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and branch teams
  • Support new store openings and refresh projects
  • Communicate updates and guidelines clearly to retail teams

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on VM execution and compliance
  • Track KPIs such as planogram compliance, campaign readiness, and audit scores
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement

About You

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or commensurate industry experience.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in related industry
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and planogram execution
  • Familiarity with POSM management and promotional setup
  • Basic understanding of digital content management systems (for in-store screens)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and tracking
  • Ability to analyse store audit results and performance data
