Role


The Day-To-Day Activities

Order fulfilment and Logistics Operations
• Execute daily pick and pack operations on simpack and other related product base on sales requirements and allocations to respective outlets
• Ensure accurate packing according to listing shared and distribution to outlets.
• Prepare and print Delivery Note(s) and consignment Note for respective outlets.
• Coordination work with our logistic and courier partners timely delivery(ie same day) , and to notify the team once the stock had been collected by logistic providers.
• Perform accurate stock-in and stock-out transactions for each outlet using Umobile system based on approved allocations.
• Update the 7-Eleven master list in the database once the relevant email is received from the salesperson.
• Communicate with internal teams and courier service to ensure smooth operation and avoid delays.
• Provide timely download and compile Proof of Delivery (POD) reports from the courier company portal for each batch, ensuring accuracy and following up with the courier company for any discrepancies or errors in delivery.
• Ensure all PODs (Proof of Delivery) are compiled within the SLA.
• Perform retagging of stock upon request from the Sales PIC on timely manner
• Assist with any other related administrative tasks to support the operations within the team or from other teams if required.
• Responsible for completing all the tasks as signed by the supervisor.

Reporting & Documentation
• Generate and submit daily delivery and fulfilment reports.
• Prepare and deliver additional reports and support ad hoc reporting as required.

Coordination & Issue Resolution
• Assist the sales team with any delivery-related issues, such as wrong deliveries or lost-in-transit items.
• Coordinate closely with courier companies to resolve delivery issues.
• Provide timely updates to sales and follow up with courier services within the SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with IT team to resolve issues raise thru Ticketing system within agreed SLA timelines.

Cross-Functional & Ordering Support (Enhanced Scope)
• Assist to support replenishment, planning, and ordering process for another channel as required.
• Contribution on the process improvement in fulfilment and logistic workflows.
• To handle ad hoc operation and administration tasks given by team lead.

About You
• Minimum SPM / High School Diploma or Degree holders in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, warehouse, or operations (fresh graduates with strong aptitude may be considered).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with inventory/order systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organized, and proactive with a positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity of retails distribution.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management will be an added advantage.
