Job Summary
Own regional execution and GTM delivery. Responsible for making national strategy work on the ground through strong execution, clean funnel management, accurate reporting, and actionable local insights.
Job Responsibilities
1. Regional Funnel Execution
• Plan & execute against the national funnel framework within the assigned region
• Manage daily funnel performance from lead to activation
• Identify and fix regional conversion issues, data gaps, and backend problems
2. Regional GTM Execution
• Plan & execute national GTM programs adapted to local market realities
• Ensure sales readiness through training, briefings, and GTM materials
• Track adoption, hit rates, and execution quality
3. Local GTM Input & Piloting
• Propose regional GTM ideas based on customer behaviour and competitive moves
• Run small-scale pilots to test feasibility and impact
• Provide structured feedback to inform national strategy decisions
4. Performance Visibility & Intelligence
• Deliver accurate weekly regional performance and funnel reports
• Surface churn risks, upsell opportunities, and segment insights
• Act as the “ground truth” for market and execution realities
5. Support & Backfill
• Support national GTM initiatives when required
• Act as interim national GTM representative during escalations or reviews
Key Experience and Qualifications:-
-Diploma/degree
-At least 2 years of related working experience
-Must be passionate for data mining and analysis works
