About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline, with 6–8 years of experience in incentive management, commission operations, sales operations, or commercial performance management.
- Strong knowledge of incentive calculation, accrual management, payout governance, and sales performance tracking, preferably within telecommunications, B2B, or commercial-driven industries.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage complex calculations, large datasets, and payout reconciliation processes.
- High attention to detail, governance, compliance, and payout accuracy, with experience handling incentive operations and confidential information.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
