Role
The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Manage end-to-end incentive operations including incentive calculation, validation, accrual management, payout administration, and governance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Track and analyze incentive performance by monitoring sales achievement, payout trends, productivity, and incentive effectiveness to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • Lead tactical sales incentive programs and campaigns to support commercial priorities, sales acceleration initiatives, and performance-driven business outcomes.
  • Handle payout disputes, exceptions, and governance processes by ensuring proper investigation, resolution, documentation, and compliance with audit and approval requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of incentive frameworks and processes by recommending enhancements to strengthen sales behaviour, payout efficiency, accountability, and overall business performance.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline, with 6–8 years of experience in incentive management, commission operations, sales operations, or commercial performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of incentive calculation, accrual management, payout governance, and sales performance tracking, preferably within telecommunications, B2B, or commercial-driven industries.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage complex calculations, large datasets, and payout reconciliation processes.
  • High attention to detail, governance, compliance, and payout accuracy, with experience handling incentive operations and confidential information.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
