Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Lead KPI governance, reporting standards, and scalable reporting frameworks to ensure consistent KPI definitions, reporting logic, and standardized reporting structures across B2B.
  • Establish and govern a single source of truth by managing data ownership, reporting consistency, reconciliation, and alignment across BI, CRM, Finance, Product, and operational platforms.
  • Drive dashboard enablement, reporting usability, and self-service reporting by translating business requirements into structured reporting and visualization solutions that support management visibility.
  • Integrate internal and external datasets, including market trends, competitor intelligence, and benchmarks, to strengthen business insights and commercial intelligence capabilities.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, KPI consistency, and data quality while leading issue resolution and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver trusted, standardized, and governance-compliant reporting.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 6–8 years of experience in data governance, reporting, dashboard enablement, analytics, or enterprise reporting environments, preferably in telecommunications, B2B, or commercial industries.
  • Strong expertise in KPI governance, reporting frameworks, dashboard ecosystems, enterprise data management, and reporting governance practices.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, BI, data warehouse, commercial reporting platforms, with hands-on knowledge of SQL, data querying, validation, reconciliation, and reporting analysis.
  • Proficient in dashboard and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms, with experience in dashboard enablement, reporting visibility, and self-service reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights, reporting visibility, and management reporting solutions across business and technical teams.
