Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Lead business performance analysis across products, segments, channels, and sales teams to identify trends, business drivers, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor key commercial KPIs including revenue, churn, renewal, ARPU, pipeline, and sales productivity, while developing early warning indicators and performance diagnostics.
  • Translate complex data into actionable management insights, executive storylines, and strategic recommendations to drive business decisions and recovery initiatives.
  • Drive performance governance and action tracking by monitoring recovery plans, escalating business risks, and ensuring accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic and ad-hoc commercial analysis to support management decision-making, business planning, and cross-functional initiatives related to performance and growth.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline, with 8–10 years of experience in analytics, business insights, reporting, or commercial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business drivers, performance gaps, commercial risks, and early warning indicators.
  • Solid understanding of commercial KPIs including revenue, churn, renewal, ARPU, pipeline, customer base analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with dashboard reporting, business intelligence, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and management recommendations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a structured and results-driven approach.
