Role


The Day-To-Day Activities
1. Assist in drafting and reviewing tenancy and lease agreements
2. Support site leasing team in tracking lease renewals and rental terms
3. Conduct legal research on property rights and regulatory compliance
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (landowners, vendors)
5. Maintain proper documentation for site tenancy agreements

About You

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in law, Real Estate / Property Management, Business Administration, or related courses.
• Willing to learn and highly motivated individual with strong interest in telecommunications site tenancy, legal agreements, and commercial leasing.
• Basic equipped with knowledge in tenancy and contract drafting, property law, and regulatory compliance, seeking to contribute to telecom infrastructure projects through lease management and legal support.
