Job Summary

  • To perform all sales duties including daily dealer visits to provide support, training, and issue resolution, drive sales through effective execution of sales strategies, and expand the business by acquiring new partners and strengthening dealer relationships.

The Day-To-Day Activities
  • Daily visit existing dealers stores that sell U Mobile products to provide service and support.
  • Visit new store to bring new business partner and expand business
  • Provide training and coaching to dealer's sales team to deliver good POSM visibility, sales target setting, stock availability.
  • Assist and provide support to dealers in solving any issue arise.
  • Plan and acquire sales by implementing sales and marketing strategies set out.
  • Provide close coordination and support to internal and external operations supporting sales.

About You

  • Education: Minimum SPM qualification with a passing result.
  • Must be based in Seberang Prai, Penang.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing for FMCG, telco or retail industry.
  • Able to aggressively work with store, team to commit sales target given.
  • Able to handle sales pressure and to achieve target and objective.
  • Able to build good rapport and relationships with superior, stores and team.
  • Able to manage and coach sales team.
  • Must have own car and independently work outstation.
  • Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Able to cope with ad hoc tasks given.
