• Support and maintain data analytics platforms and related systems.
• Manage and monitor internal and crowdsourced data activities.
• Coordinate hardware support and work with vendors for issue resolution.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
• Support change requests and system enhancement activities.
• Handle procurement documentation and administrative processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in system support, project coordination, or data analytics.
• Familiar with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in hardware support and vendor coordination is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently with good communication skills.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and networking technologies is an added advantage.
