Job Summary
The PMO Analyst supports the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of IT projects and initiatives. This role helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals while supporting project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the PMO.

The Day-to-Day Activities
  • Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of IT projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate project governance activities, including meetings, documentation, status updates, and action tracking.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and resource utilization, and provide regular management reports.
  • Work closely with business users, project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to support project delivery and communication.
  • Analyse project performance, prepare dashboards and reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance PMO effectiveness.
  • Support resource planning, budget tracking, and other PMO initiatives as assigned.

About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting IT, digital, or business transformation projects; telecommunications industry experience is an advantage.
  • Familiar with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, or similar.
  • Good communication, coordination, analytical, and organisational skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
