The Day-To-Day Activities
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new mobile products and service enhancements.

Develop and document product requirements, including business cases, functional specifications, and user requirements for new product initiatives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Network, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and vendors) to manage product development and ensure timely product launches.

Monitor project progress and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and readiness for commercial rollout.

Manage and optimize existing product portfolios by monitoring performance, gathering customer feedback, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance customer experience and business performance.
