Role
This role focuses on planning, executing, and automating manual and AI-driven testing solutions to enhance the efficiency, coverage, and reliability of quality assurance frameworks.

The Day-To-Day Activities
• Analyze and evaluate GenAI capabilities to identify opportunities for enhancing test automation and quality assurance processes.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven testing solutions to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and coverage of existing test automation frameworks.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts, analyze test execution results, and investigate and resolve test failures to ensure reliable automation.
• Review and evaluate existing manual test cases to identify automation opportunities, continuously improving automation coverage, test efficiency, and regression testing capabilities.
• Plan, design, and execute manual testing activities by reviewing business and system requirements, refining test plans and test cases, preparing test environments and test data, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test readiness and coverage. Upon successful completion and stabilization of manual testing, automate eligible test scenarios to support regression testing and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).

About You
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent academic achievement.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software architecture, system integration, software development processes, and software testing methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Passionate about Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and test automation, with a strong desire to continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Proactively keeps up to date with the latest AI trends, technologies, tools, and advancements, and demonstrates the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.
• Familiar with and confident in using AI-assisted development and productivity tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor AI, Gemini, or equivalent AI coding assistants.
