Job Summary
Manage and automate the end-to-end lifecycle of 5G network slicing to ensure reliable service delivery, platform performance, and SLA compliance through orchestration, system integration, and operational support.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network slices, including planning, provisioning, monitoring, optimisation, and decommissioning.
Coordinate network slice components across RAN, Core, and Transport domains to deliver seamless end-to-end services.
Monitor service performance, ensure SLA compliance, and implement automated actions to resolve service issues.
Design and maintain network slice templates that align customer requirements with network resources.
Integrate network slicing and orchestration platforms to automate service provisioning and improve operational efficiency.
Perform platform operations and maintenance, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, software testing, patching, upgrades, and change management to ensure platform stability.
