• Evaluate new mobile network technologies and recommend solutions that support business and network objectives.
• Develop technology roadmaps and business cases for future network enhancements.
• Work closely with internal teams to plan, test, and implement new network capabilities.
• Manage technical discussions with technology vendors to assess new features and deployment plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support for network technology initiatives across the organization.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in mobile network engineering, planning, or technology development.
• Good knowledge of 4G, 5G, and emerging mobile network technologies.
• Experience evaluating new technologies, working with vendors, and supporting network improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different teams.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members is an advantage.
