Job Responsibilities
To manage business systems change requests with GTM, Sales and CRM focus. To manage the requirement and implementation phases of the system change with internal resources and third party vendors to deliver the change according to plan and budget as well as with quality end business results.

Job Descriptions

  • Project Management and planning of system Change Requests (CR) to meet business objectives and timeline
  • Change Analysis and Solution Definition of the System Change Requests that comply with the Division's policies and technical capabilities
  • Support Post Production Activities
  • Support Cross-Functional Projects
  • Liaison between internal users and IT Vendors in confirmation of solutions

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Master's Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Electrical & Electronic/ Telecommunication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in Billing System/ CRM/ Sales Support Systems
  • Project Management & Business Analyst/Solutions background in the telecommunication industry
  • Telco IT experience, especially related to systems and products launches
  • Strong negotiation, client engagement, and vendor management skills.
