Job Responsibilities
The resource is to manage the enterprise data warehouse required for an optimal data model, report and dashboard generation. The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up. The hire must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of business initiatives.

Job Descriptions

  • To develop business intelligence with better customer insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
  • To work with business stakeholders in requirement study.
  • To design, implement and maintain an efficient ETL process, data model, report, and dashboard.
  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture in secure manner.
  • To ensure completeness and accuracy of data, report, and dashboard.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements - automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Business Analytics/ IT or equivalent.
  • Working experience in database management, data warehouse, business intelligence, data security and software development.
  • Experience in Excel and Pivot Table.
  • Experience in Shell scripting tool, such as PowerShell, BASH, etc.
  • Experience in Databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence tool such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Bonus for experience in Big Data/Cloud tool such as Hive, Spark, Kafka, AWS, GCP, etc.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering, development, testing and delivery of work.
  • Must possess team spirit, positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and initiative to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must comply with company policy & ISMS standards.
