• Maintain and improve dashboards to make business reporting clear and accessible.
• Support KPI reporting by ensuring consistent definitions, mapping, and report structures.
• Check data accuracy, investigate reporting differences, and resolve data-quality issues.
• Compile external data, market insights, competitor information, and benchmarking reports.
• Work with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, BI, and IT teams to meet reporting needs and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 4–6 years of relevant reporting or analytics experience.
• Familiar with KPI reporting, dashboards, reporting standards, and enterprise reporting practices, preferably in telecommunications or B2B.
• Good understanding of CRM, BI, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualisation tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to ensure accurate data and turn business needs into effective reports.
