Job Summary
Managing and responsible for overall U Mobile, Regulatory Universal Service Provision (USP) bid, Clawback project(s) which include bidding, claiming USP project fee and submission of USP project(s) progress report.
Responsible and proactively identify all intelligent information on all USP project(s) and working closely with other department in U Mobile, Industry and relevant government agencies, and to ensure all opportunities for U Mobile is secured
Job Descriptions
- Clawback yearly submission

On-going claims- once clawback approved by MCMC based on 6% RONR and % approved by commission need to submit for claims when sites are On Air

Tender submission and preparation of proposal write up which consist of technical and financial proposal for Jendela/USP projects

Submission of report on USP progress report once awarded tender per requirement i.e. subs connected to the sites, revenue generated for the next 5 years on a monthly basis.

Submission of Return of Net Revenue (RONR).

Renewal of ASP UM & UM Multimedia license submission to MCMC on yearly basis

Annual license Fee for U Mobile Network Service Provider (Individual) & Network Facility Provider (Individual) to MCMC

To manage and maintain good rapport with MCMC USP project team HQ and regional office

Cross-functional to support other Regulatory function in U Mobile for compliance with Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 as and when required
