Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide RAN 2nd level support.
• To handle a 2nd level related faults on RAN (RNC/BSC/Enode B) nodes/switches/router.
• To provide technical support to Field Force team in troubleshooting and solving faults
• To perform alarm analysis, node audit, KPI statistics to ensure service availability is achieve
• To troubleshoot and analyze VOC related fault

Job Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication discipline.
• Experience in Telco industry preferably in RNC/BSC/enode B product especially in Operation & Maintenance.
• Readiness to work in demanding situation and be assertive in the situation.
• Ability and skill in troubleshooting at least L2 for RNC/BSC/enode B/IP switch/routers.
• Strong technical knowledge on IP swicthes/router is added advantage.
