Job Responsibilities
- To support and troubleshoot CS Core Network issue, including IMS (VoWifi/VoLTE), HLR/HSS/UDM, STP/MNP/DRA, MSC/MGW, IGW and VAS nodes.
- To support engineering team in new and on-going projects/work permit, and ensure the implementation works meet the operation standards and all documents are available.
- To manage and resolve nodes and services related TT, VOC, VIP complaint within SLA.
- To assist VRS (Voice, Roaming & VAS) team in all delegating task.
- To assist on escalation of abnormalities/irregularities issue to vendor in timely manner.
- To handle fraud related issues/complaints.
- To support ISMS/Audit/BCP.
- To provide standby and emergency support.
