Job Summary
To lead product development for new or existing products & services according to business requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • To apply design thinking process and creativity in solving a problem statements
  • To lead the solutioning process with both business users & technology partners
  • To project manage the development and delivery of the products & services
  • To manage relationships with multiple stakeholders & create a positive working environment
  • To keep abreast of technology trends and developments & influence or apply relevant ones in line with company's vision
  • To induce change of culture and way of work for continuous improvement by applying relevant tools & methodologies
  • To break down silos among project team members & promote collaborative working by focusing on serving the user or business needs
  • To provide & present project status and progress, issues and resolutions, and ensure on time delivery

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. Preferably 1st Class students or at minimum 2nd Upper with minimum 5 - 7 years or working experience
  • Candidates from technology development, e-Commerce, e-Wallets, Cloud Services, FinTech, Food & Delivery, App Development companies are preferred
  • Experienced in running project using the Agile methodology
  • Analytical and logical, excellent in problem solving, positive attitude, and good networking skills
  • Have a high level of curiosity, optimism & can-do spirit. Love to explore and not limited by challenges.
  • Have the passion to do something purposeful andentrepreneurialat the same time.
  • Have good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Have good self-awareness, pleasant and presentable.
  • Have good Leadership and Soft (Power) skills
