Job Summary
- To increase the corporate subscriber base by extending the products and services of the company to the business community for revenue earning that contributes to the overall company target and also manage and service all direct customers. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel or market, the channel manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The assistant manager is to assist the manager with the team in other sales related activities
Job Responsibilities
- Account management- service and manage reseller by geographical areas
- Generate corporate lines registration and revenue through active direct enterprise engagement
- Generate leads through networking and creating public awareness
- Ensure reseller compliance with reseller agreement
- Manage and forecast device availability
- Crisis management on internal - billing issues, barring, payment, service levels, response time
- Support reseller customers' request -maintain good customer service
- Manage enterprise customer expectations in our product and services offering
- Revenue management from postpaid customers and avoid churn cases
- Monitoring of enterprise customer accounts receivables
